Email account settings in Microsoft Outlook (SMTP/IMAP/POP3)

1. Open Outlook, select tab File > Account settings:

1. Select/Click/Highlight your nbo3.com account and click change.

1. Change your incoming and outgoing mail servers to email.nbo3.com
2. Remove @nbo.com from the User Name field.
3. Enter your new password.
4. Click More Settings.

1. Click the Outgoing Server tab.
2. Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication (if not already)
3. You might have smtpauth.nbo3.com under the log on using setting. Go ahead and Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
4. Click the Advanced tab

3. Fill out the corresponding fields:
1. IMAP port is 993. If using POP use port 995. Select SSL/TLS
2. Outgoing server port should be 465. Select SSL/TLS
3. Click OK.

6. Once all is done, click OK to close the window and then Next to test server connection:
